Cover all aspects of serious injuries to the foot and ankle from initial presentation, through primary emergency management and definitive reduction and fixation to secondary reconstruction of the delayed consequences of trauma.

Objectives

Describe the assessment tools for complex foot and ankle trauma - Formulate and apply the principles to treat trauma of the ankle, hindfoot, midfoot, and forefoot - Prevent, identify, and treat complications and recognize long-term

Description

Participants will review all aspects of serious injuries to the foot and ankle from initial presentation, through primary emergency management and definitive reduction and fixation to secondary reconstruction of the delayed consequences of trauma and discuss the management of common trauma cases with experts.

Course 2: Pre-course e-learning, Online Case Discussions & Onsite Workshops
Standard ticketCHF1500,-You will receive the pre-course e-learning on Monday 18th of March 2024. It is self-paced learning to be completed between the 18th of March 2024 and the 17th of April 2024. The learning logs must be completed before attending the Online Case Discussion on the 18th of April 2024. On the 19th of April you will attend the Workshops at the Cambridge Surgical Training Centre with Human Anatomical Specimens.
