BOTA/BOA Culture & Diversity Champions

BOTA and BOA are excited to announce our new regional 'Culture & Diversity (C&D) Champions' following nominations and elections in February 2022. We had a great response and elected an outstanding cohort of Champions from across the UK.

The new C&D Champions are representatives of BOA and BOTA and will work together with BOA and BOTA to encourage, inspire and stimulate positive change in work culture and to build a more diverse and inclusive environment for our specialty.

We look forward to working with our new Champions in creating change and improving culture and DEI in Orthopaedics.
