Why do you want to be a mentor and what can you offer a mentee?
Over a career spanning more than 40 years I have benefitted immensely from great advice and guidance. Feed back is important to continue to drive performance but sometimes a figurative ‘friendly arm around the shoulder’ can help put things in perspective and help sort out priorites. Things always seem worse in the heat of battle.
I have had considerable experience of helping younger colleagues steer their way through complex issues and would welcome the opportunity to continue in this role and offer my support to this BOTA driven project.
