Why do you want to be a mentor and what can you offer a mentee?
I know what its like to struggle at work from personal experience with exams, and failing attachments. I had good and bad mentors to get through that. I can see first hand what influence mentors can have. I manage consultants and trainees who are also having difficulties many aspects of work and life in general. I hope I am non judgemental and can listen so that I can help a mentee find a path forward.
