- The BSCOS Current Concepts Course is an educational event at the cutting edge of Children’s Orthopaedic Surgery. The course only runs once every three years, and focuses on what is controversial and contemporary. Although the event is aimed at Consultant Surgeons, at the beginning or well into their careers, it is also appropriate for Senior Trainees, Fellows, Career Grade Doctors, and AHPs with a specialist interest in paediatric orthopaedics. For the first time, the CCC has a broad theme for each day: Acute, Neuromuscular and Hips, and delegates can choose to come to one, two or three days to suit their subspecialist interest. The format is a mixture of lectures, debates, case discussions and breakout sessions with leading experts. The faculty is both international and home grown, and of exceptional quality.
